It’s not really swatting it just sends police but you can reach a suicide hotline and say “I just shot my father and he’s dying of blood loss and I’m going to do it to my mother too and then myself and if anyone tries to intervene I’ll shoot them too” or make up something else or something like that

Then, make it say, "I just shot my father, and he’s dying of blood loss, and I’m going to do it to my mother too, and then myself, and if anyone tries to intervene, I’ll shoot them too.” That way, they would have proof that the victim indeed said this.
